"Our visit to NYC has been so busy, but we had to take the time to praise Deborah of big mouth/big city tours - you can see her experience and knowledge was so evident... and she does her homework! She is never at a loss for words, but everything she is telling you is of great interest! If you have the chance and can find her as your tour guide - DO IT!!!"
"My wife(Artemis) and i (Vasili) would like to thank and praise you for this morning complete and entertaining guidance in Harlem tour. Though we travel a lot for business, it is our first visit in the big Apple and we enjoy it very much. You completely changed my perception of the city - the apple now has much better seat in my memmory theatre."
~ Your Guide ~
Born in New York and raised in California and Canada, still the siren song of New York was too strong for me to resist. After a stint at McGill University (Montreal), I graduated from School of Visual Arts here in New York. For many decades, illustration was my profession. When the market changed, I found myself giving art gallery tours. That was how I discovered that talking to people is as enjoyable as drawing pictures of them.
I have worked as a licensed NYC tour guide for more than a dozen years. And every day, I fall in love with New York AGAIN. So whether your group is one person or fifty one, my goal is to provide satisfying, fun, and memorable experiences for my clients.
I can't stop talking about New York - and neither will you!
Let's talk - to EACH OTHER.
